Minervan Dialogues
The Minervan Dialogues are open-ended discussions between scholars, policy wonks, journalists, and market-makers about foreign policy; we usually meet in New York City and, less frequently, London. The Dialogues are non-partisan, not-for-profit, and take no policy position. We meet and talk as individuals, not as representatives of companies or other institutions. The topics vary, from country specific reviews such as China or India, to general topics such as energy markets or sovereign debt default risk. Before each meeting we distribute a set of readings proposed by policy experts and a current Briefing Book from Oxford Analytica.
